GOBIND
SAHNEY, Chairman, has a background in corporate finance and business
management.
He
is involved in the founding and development of a successful advisory
and research firm, advising companies on organizing and/or reorganizing
themselves to attract capital, and/ or recruit qualified managers
and directors capable of guiding the companies to a higher level of
performance and recognition; the founding and guidance of a successful
consumer finance (credit card) marketing organization affiliated with
MBNA America Bank: founded a successful investment management firm
specializing in the purchase, trading and recovery of stressed, distressed,
and delinquent consumer and commercial receivable portfolios. Mr.
Sahney is a Director of YES, Inc., General Outsourcing Service, Inc.
Mr.Sahney is a board member of the Asset Buyers Program of the ACA
International (Chairman 2004); Advisor to iEmpower, Inc. Mr. Sahney
is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association; Member
of the Babson College Board of Trustees; The Babson College Asian
Advisory Board; Former Trustee of The Scripps Whittier Institute for
Diabetes/Chairman 2001; Mr. Sahney is a graduate of Babson College
with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting.
MAX
KHAN, President & CEO, has been in the financial industry since
1987.
He
began his career as a financial consultant in New York. Mr. Khan founded
Alliance Global Finance Inc. in 1992 with focus on corporate finance
and investment banking. Over the last 12 years Mr. Khan has assisted
US Companies in raising over $200 million from European Institutional
Investors. Mr. Khan is also the co-founder of New Trad Investors Inc.,
a hedge fund advisory firm specializing in advising Japanese institutions
in their diversification into alternative assets. He is also a director
at Iempower, Inc., a specialty education finance company. Mr. Khan
has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Economics from City University
of New York and an MBA from Pace University (New York).
STEVEN
T. LOWE, Director
Steven
is the founder of Steven T. Lowe & Associates Law Firm, which
specializes in intellectual property and other areas of law. After
graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1980, Steven T. Lowe received
a Jurist Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law
(1984) having achieved the Nathan Burkan Memorial Award in Copyright
Law (1983).
